Article 1 – Scope and modification of the General Conditions of Sale:
These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the Piecesofjoy-puzzle.com site.
Piecesofjoy-puzzle.com reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time.
In case of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
Article 2 – Acceptance of conditions:
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of ordering, the general conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between Agence Red C. Boutboul and its client, both parties accepting them without reservation.

Article 3 – Price:
The prices of the items are defined in Swiss francs. Piecesofjoy-puzzle.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The products are invoiced at the price displayed on the site at the time of validation of the order.
Shipping and packaging costs are billed in addition to the price of the items ordered.
They are calculated automatically on the site when the order is confirmed, according to the shipping and packaging conditions of Article 8.
The shipping and packaging costs appear on the order form and on the invoice.
Article 4 – Products:
The products remain the property of Piecesofjoy-puzzle.com until receipt of the invoiced price.
The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual.
If errors occur, under no circumstances can Agence Red C. Boutboul be held liable.
Article 5 – Order:
The fact of validating the order is an electronic signature value, equivalent to a handwritten signature between a buyer and seller in a contract.The order will be confirmed by e-mail to the address provided by the buyer on the order form.For orders of large quantities, or large amounts, Agence Red C. Boutboul reserves the right to verify the contact details of the purchaser.The information given by the buyer when ordering is binding.In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient’s contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product.
Article 6 – Method of payment and security of transactions:

Article 7 – Delivery and availability of the goods:

Boutboul delivers in Switzerland and Europe: Delivery is provided by the transport service to the delivery address you specify when ordering.The goods are dispatched every working day of the chosen transport service.The average time for shipping a package in economy mode is 3 to 4 days. Agence Red C. Boutboul can in no way be held responsible for delays in postal services. Failure to meet deadlines by Agence Red C. Boutboul does not authorize the customer to cancel the order or to make other complaints.For shipments OUTSIDE of Switzerland and Europe, the customs of the destination country may add customs taxes.These are not the responsibility of Piecesofjoy-puzzle.com. Customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. There is no customs taxes for shipping in Europe and Switzerland. In the event of the loss of a package or any other dispute, the carrier’s Terms of Sale apply.
Articles 8 – Shipping and packaging costs:
The packaging costs are free. Shipping costs are calculated according to the carrier and the delivery method chosen. They are calculated on the “basket” page according to the options offered in the country of delivery.If the customer does not collect the package (and returns it to the sender), the reception and return costs will be borne by the customer.The shipment will be executed upon receipt of payment of these costs according to the payment terms of Piecesofjoy-puzzle.com
Article 9 – Receipt:
Complaints concerning the delivered product must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the product.Any damaged packaging must not be opened.Please contact contact@piecesofjoy-puzzle.com if the packaging is damaged. Article 10 – Returns and refunds:You have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send an e-mail to contact@piecesofjoy-puzzle.com indicating your decision to withdraw. We will send you by e-mail a return authorization as well as instructions on the procedure to follow. From the receipt of this e-mail, you will have 14 days to return the goods to us. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unused. Once the goods have been received, we will reimburse you, using the same means of payment which was used for the purchase, within 14 days. Product returns are the responsibility of the customer.

BOUTBOUL) ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH ITS PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, THEIR USE, SALE OR THIS SITE.
Article 16 – Liability and disputes:
The products offered on Piecesofjoy-puzzle.com comply with current Swiss legislation and all applicable standards in Switzerland.
